Business Information
Sinful Temptation is a web-based business centred in London, UK. We are sole traders meaning that customer service is something we are passionate about and every single order or enquiry is important to us and closely monitored.
 

History/background

At Sinful Temptation, our aim is to offer you the best quality lingerie, footwear, club and fantasy wear, at the cheapest possible prices. We aim to undercut our competition at every opportunity. In the unlikely event that you do find an item (inclusive of delivery - Remember our delivery is free in the UK) cheaper elsewhere please contact us to discuss what we may be able to do for you.
 

Payment policy

We only accept payment via PayPal, although you can still use a credit card if you do not have a PayPal account, or do not wish to use the PayPal system directly - in this instance PayPal will merely manage the payment. This benefits you as the PayPal system is quick, easy and very secure. This helps protect everyone involved, particularly in the current environment of identity theft and electronic fraud. If you don't have an account you can sign up for one during the checkout process in just a few minutes.

Delivery information

All prices quoted are in UK pounds (GBP) and include VAT.

We look to deliver all UK orders within 10 (working) days. European orders 15 (working) days of your order being placed.

We will notify you by e-mail if there are any problems,  in the unlikely event of any item being unavailable or if delivery will take longer than 15 working days. If this is the case you will be offered a refund or an alternative item.

All orders are sent tracked via Parcel Force, tracking information is available on request at time of dispatch.

UK Shipping is free of charge, European/International delivery is £4 per item.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN YOU HAVE DISPATCHED MY ORDER
We will send you an email on the day we ship your order so please keep an eye on your inbox!

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AVAILABLE WHEN DELIVERY IS ATTEMPTED?
If delivery cannot safely be made then a card will be left at your address and your parcel taken to a local depot for collection in person (you will need to take ID with you). Alternatively you can arrange for your parcel to be redelivered by calling the depot using the contact details on the card or you can arrange this online. You should allow 48 hours for a redelivery instruction to be processed.

HOW LONG WILL ROYAL MAIL HOLD ON TO MY UNDELIVERED ORDER?
Royal Mail will normally hold onto your parcel for 14 days. If you do not collect or arrange redelivery in this time then they will automatically return it to us as unclaimed. We will then issue a refund less our shipping charge (this will be deducted even if the order was sent for free).

We regret that we cannot be responsible if you do not receive notification of a delivery attempt by Royal Mail. We strongly recommend that you raise this issue directly with Royal Mail Customer Services on 08457 740740.

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED, WHAT SHOULD I DO
We will email you on the date we ship your order or you can log into your account and check for despatch. Once you are sure it has been shipped please wait for a few days for your parcel to travel through the postal system. Please email us if you do not receive your parcel or a "while you were out" card after 5 working days. We will then put a trace on it but, in the meantime, it may also be worth checking with your local postal depot if they are holding anything there for you or check with any near neighbours who may have accepted your order on your behalf.

 


Return policy

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT - CLAIM TIME LIMITS.
It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to the delivered goods, and we must be notified no later than 48 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to effect the claim against the carrier.

INCORRECT GOODS.
Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufactures packaging or use the items. We will not exchange or refund for any suspected used garments. It will be your responsibility to notify us of any problems.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
Your satisfaction is our aim. That is why in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2003, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 7 working days of receipt of goods (excluding sale items), provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels and tags intact.

Please note that returns on Body Stockings, Briefs, Thongs, Swimwear Stockings & Tights, etc are excluded from our general returns policy for hygiene reasons. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights. .

The 7 working days start from the day after you receive the goods. On receipt of your
returned item/s, we will gladly refund or exchange the item with the exception of items that are 'specially made or purchased to order' (this applies to non-standard sizing and individual customer's specification, which are not returnable unless defective.

If you wish to return an item, contact us in writing as soon as possible within the specified 7 day cooling off period and we will advise you of how to proceed. Your email should include your name, address, order number and item ordered.

Returns are the responsibility of the customer, so it is absolutely essential that when you return the items to us you obtain proof of postage and that you ask for a 'signed for service' or a recorded delivery service for the package. We accept no responsibility for any items that are lost in the post.

You must return the items within 7 days of agreement to the return.

When you have posted, you must provide us with proof of postage and a relevant tracking reference.

Return postage charges will be at the customers own expense, unless an item has to be returned due to it being damaged/faulty.

Once we have received and inspected your goods, we will then process your request for a refund. Please allow up to 14 days from receipt of your return for this to be done. At busy times this may take longer but not more than 30 days.

SALE ITEMS
Items sold 'on sale' can only be returned if they are incorrect or damaged upon receipt.
